  • Evaluated client’s land-line and cell phone plans, researched available options and set-up all phone plans for optimum cost and usage. In all cases found services and lines client no longer needed or were aware of.
  • Established frequent flyer mileage tracking system and updated on a monthly basis. Included information on how to donate unused miles. Coordinated with client’s staff to encourage usage of benefits and free flights.
  • Researched digital cameras and determined which one would meet the client’s need. Taught client how to use, including a binder with step-by-step instructions.
